A kayak paddlin', bicycle ridin', trail walkin', guitar strummin', story tellin' holdout from the 60's...still have my Woodstock Craftsman's Manuals, and will refuse to buy what I can make for myself. Vegan by proxy, and addicted to the outdoors, travel by air,land or water, on my own power. To feel the pulse of the planet is as intense experience. Been from Pole to Pole on two wheels, and love the journey more than the destination. Live by the precepts of Jefferson, Franklin, Elbert Hubbard (the Roycrofters) and the Firesign Theatre troupe. In the course of 62 years have set foot in every continent/nation/country/state except for Kazahkstan...which I hope to remedy someday.
