Omar Hashimi is the founder and managing director of PMO ME providing project management consulting, outsourcing, and training services for the MENA region. During his 12 years of executive management experience, he worked on emerging people capabilities with business processes and creating a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. He fulfilled executive positions in global sales and organization operations. Omar is an active member in the Project Management Institute (PMI). Working on improving the project management practice in the MENA region, Omar does this by mentoring project managers, documenting and sharing lessons, and participating in public events and forums
