For years I have had experience with engineering and technology projects of diverse nature, with special interest in IT related to traditional production areas (manufacturing, energy, agribusiness, etc.). Technology strategy and tech-driven organizational change have had special focus, with a "hands-on" stress.
Later on I came involved with higher education at the School of Engineering of the Catholic University of Uruguay. I have devoted efforts to the development of successful engineering teaching for a small and medium-income country like Uruguay.
