I am passionate about building products that help people do things better. Currently I am focused on Totango. At Totango, we are building a platform for SaaS providers to reduce churn and increase upsell from improved customer engagement.
I am presently Totango's General Manager for our Israeli office and manage our R&D department - comprised of engineering, operations and support.
