Dennis is an IPM Specialist and Pomologist at Royal Oak Farm Orchard, a 240 acre agritourism operation in northern Illinois specializing in apples, raspberries, pumpkins and gourds. Dennis and his son, Paul, are available January through July as a speaker(s) for various Fruit Grower Conferences as well as private meetings speaking on various topics such as growing pumpkins in northern Illinois, Integrated Pest Mamagement, Bio-intensive IPM, and other topics pertaining to growing apples. Dennis is a board member of the Illinois State Horticultural Society, a member of Illinois Specialty Growers Assoc. and an advisor to the St. Charles Horticulture Research Center in St. Charles, IL.
