R&D professional with broad experience as R&D manager, software architect and technology leader. In the last 15 years I managed and led complex enterprise software development projects at NICE Systems, IBM and several innovative startups. I have a BSc. at Software Engineering from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.
