I'm a simulation actor, a roleplay actor. I work at training courses with the people who follow them. We practice a situation that they could happen with or happened before (for instance a bad news conversation at work). I react on their behaviour through my play and afterwards I explain in my feed-back why I did so. Learning by doing and thus experiencing.
