Teaching Assistant

Oscar Frasser who was born in Bogotá, Colombia and is a long time New Yorker, worked in advertising for a number of years. He is a professional photographer and a filmmaker with a focus on Latin American social issues. He has a BFA degree in Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed the Documentary Studies Certificate and MA in Media Studies program at The New School for Social Research in New York City.
