Youssef Ouadi is a Leadership Coach who helps CEOs, executives and managers discover their strengths, enhance their skills, and wake up their inner power. Prior to starting his coaching practice, Youssef served for nearly 20 years as a business executive, held various positions in the areas of public relations and marketing, and led/ participated in numerous programs evaluation (in USA, Canada, North Africa and Europe). He currently (and since 2008) works as a learning facilitator at the Leadership Development Program of the federal administration in Belgium: Vitruvius. Youssef is the holder of the Leadership & Good Governance chair at Université Mohamed Premier (Morocco).
