I am a food quality & safety professional with over 20 years experience in food quality management. I worked for Funghi del Montello SpA until 1996 as quality assurance and research and development manager. Following that I worked for Neotron Servizi srl until 2006 where I implemented management systems, training and auditing for many food and packaging companies. I am a registered BRC packaging 5 auditor for paper, plastics, metals and glass. I’m one of the four core management team of mirmex srl. I currently live in Pordenone, Italy.
