2009 - today Project Manager in Metid - Politecnico: my main goal is to manage national and international research projects about e-collaboration and online education and training. 2008 - 2012 Human Resource manager in Binari Sonori srl: my goals were focused on the international evolution of the company, in order to help all my colleagues in dealing with the great changes they are going through. Recruitment, training and development of professional profiles were the main activities I managed.
