In 2001 he founded `Neeti Solutions’, a technology company based in Pune, India working in areas of 3D Simulations & interactive 3D trainings for Disaster Management professional & computer games to educate children, youth & adults on 21st century challenges. Along with Bob Runyan, Parag is a director at Educational Simulations; a California based gaming simulation company which develops a life simulation game ‘Real Lives’.
