More than 20 years of experience as a gender specialist with strong expertise in organizational development and results-based management. I work with governments, NGOs and development organizations to build capacity in gender equality and women's rights. I perform budget analysis through gender lens and gender audits, manage gender strategies, undertake gender-sensitive evaluations and coach managers through gender-sensitive project management. Professional experience is concentrated within the Indian context with additional assignments in Afghanistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
