I do software for a living... though music and literature are in my blood. Love to play Tabla - which takes up a lot of my spare time. Also write poetry in Bengali and English when the clouds show up. My first poetry book is getting published this year. I was born in Ramrajatala, which was a sparse little town in 1963. There was no electricity at our place until we shifted to Kolkata in 1969. In the rainy season water poured down from the many cracks in the ceiling...causing daily evacuations to the corner room.
