I have been in the field of Instructional Design for quite some time. I have designed and developed instructional materials in a variety of formats - WBTs, ILTs and e-Learning. These materials encompass both technical and non-technical domains. I have worked as part of a team as well as managed teams to ensure projects follow the guidelines and plans communicated to the client. I have also created courses on the Learning Management Solutions software provided by the clients.
