2008 to Present ‐Associate Pastor for the Full Gospel Church of Philadelphia, Kingdom of Bahrain Responsibilities include: 􀂾 Leading and teaching the members of the church and the community about Christ. 􀂾 Affirm and uphold the fundamental truths of Scripture . 􀂾 Partner with the Personnel Commission and lay leadership to complete performance reviews of all staff that report to the Senior Pastor. 􀂾 Manage extension of international missions and encourage members of the church to support the work of the Evangelism. 􀂾 Counsel families and individuals of the church and community. 􀂾 Set vision for ministry to help support and compliment the vision of the Senior Pastor. 􀂾
