My name is Patrick and I am an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Management at Lycoming College. I earned my PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Virginia Tech. My research has focused predominantly on two aspects of organizational behavior and human resources: 1) leadership, and 2) selection and assessment. My expertise within leadership centers on the leadership process (implicit leadership theories, followership, and leader-follower relationships).
