I Educate people on their loan options, the mortgage process, mortgage criteria etc. I can give people tips and strategies for improving their credit scores in order to get a better rate. I can help people get down payment assistance through the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. Summit Mortgage is a full service mortgage company that can sell loans to about 30 other banks kind of like a mortgage broker but we do everything in house from loan origination to processing to underwriting and even closing the loan.
