Born in Lisbon, completed secondary school studies in 1984 and joining the University of Aveiro, where I graduated in Environmental Engineering in 1989. Since then I have been involved in several projects on the management, monitoring and environmental auditing. As a member of the Ordem dos Engenheiros (OE, English: Order of Engineers), which is the entity responsible for the accreditation of engineers in Portugal, I belong to the team delegation of Aveiro district for the periods 2010-2013 and 2013-2016. Currently, I am a founding member of the company Sustainable Basis, Ltd, with management and technical functions.
