Throughout my career, I've always looked for ways of doing things better. In every position I've held, I sought out ways to achieve "better, faster, cheaper" or some combination. To help an organization achieve any one or more of these is what I think it's all about. It is that lifelong pursuit that led me to be a co-founder of Affintus, where we help hiring managers and organizations make better hiring decisions (and usually faster and cheaper too).
