The last 16 years of my career have been working at a start-up or leading a business through times of revolutionary and transformational technological change. My skill set is around setting and implementing strategies for companies and brands to effectively market and sell their products, and successfully align their organisations through such change. I started out in sales and marketing within the then-recently deregulated telecommunications sector in the UK.
