A native of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, Paul grew up lounging in the sun and taking his sweet time. But all that changed when, at 14, his grandfather taught him the value of hard work by making him slice 1,000 banana chips a day. Paul has never been the same. It鈥檚 the determination and attention to detail needed in his grandfather鈥檚 kitchen that Paul brings to each and every assignment. He also enjoys roasting whole pigs and dancing.
