I work and develop myself in two areas complementary to each other: running software delivery department which delivers software services to couple of clients; sharing my knowledge and experiences. I shortly describe these domains below. I have over ten years of experience in delivering software projects and this lets me efficiently run my department and grow it in expected direction. Managing my own professional development is very important for me and therefore I continuously develop myself, also share my own knowledge and experiences with others.
