A Social Development practitioner since 1996 with demonstrated acumen in conceptualising, leading, managing and implementing complex rural and urban development projects in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan for NGOs, Corporate/Foundation entities (especially JK Corp Limited, Capgemini, Jocknik Foundation, Hemandra Kothari Foundation, Microsoft), National and International Organisations (UNICEF, UNGEI, World Bank, IGNOU and Action Aid International – India). My experiences and competencies have its roots in working directly with the some of the most distressed and underprivileged communities at the grassroot level and the various management hierarchies with proven achievements.
