Purna Wasti is a Food Technologist with a degree in Food and Nutrition Planning. He has experience of more than 15 years in the field of food based nutrition interventions with national government, INGO as well as UN agencies in Asia and Africa. Policy and strategy development, capacity building, advocacy and education are his main areas of expertise. Recently he was involved in food fortification, bio-fortified crops, sensitization campaigns and integration of nutrition into agriculture. He would like to work out the models for delivering as one for improved nutrition at community level by the involvement of multisectoral partners.
