Born in a middle-class family in the year 1989 or 1990(?) in a village Litar of Pulwama district, Mushtaq was always a shy and boy. His schooling was done in the native Islamia Hanfia Institute, Litar. Upto 8th standard he studied in the same school. He was always a less talkative boy.
Soon he started going to Darsgah(part-time religious classes). There was always desire to seek knowledge and then apply it. I always was a pragmatic entity.
After having done his 12th from M.M Higher Sec School Pulwama, he was searching for a profession of his inclination. His heart and mind were always beating for the people. He saw the masses suffering at the hands of the oppressor. Thus he chose Journalis
