Embarassingly, I really fit the "Stuff White People Like" profile. It is spot-on! That being said, I often say, "White people suck." ...C'mon, laugh!
I love being a teacher as well as a student of International Relations at UMass/Boston. I am not shy about my beliefs and love political debate. It's a good mind exercise.
I currently have an interest in Israel/Palestine and have travelled to the Middle East twice (Jordan, Israel, West Bank). I hope to return as well as learn Arabic.
My new dog, Roxy, takes up a lot of my time in a good way. And I can now say that I am a dog person.
