My research focus is on innovative development and creative explorations of knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and user experiences. Specially, I am interested in User-driven innovation.This includes an interest in facilitating involvement, collaboration and mutual learning for users in innovative processes through mediation and visual scaffolding.
