My background is healthcare, having started out as a recruitment consultant and moving on to look after the training and compliance function at Team24, alongside gaining my Certificate in HR Practice. I also started and ran a team of 20 staff on our successful Out of Hours team for 4 years, oversaw a compliance team of 12 and a team of 5 recruitment consultants until I moved into the Operations Manager role in January 2013.
