Visual Arts Educator, Artist

I am a visual arts educator, artist, and freelance designer. I have worked for over forty years in the state, private and tertiary education sectors. My passion in the area of visual art is to make social commentary, activist artwork which is often provocative. The provocation hopefully encourages people to start a conversation about the content. The PhD research at Griffith University was within the topic, 'Beyond Stigma: what is it to be HIV positive'. My passion in the area of education, concerns understanding how we learn in all sectors of education, and over a lifetime, especially through networking.
