I鈥檓 Peter J Theodorou, always wanted to push boundaries and think out of the box. But it was hard to find someone who shared my view or at least sympathized with it. Being a corporate trainer, I was in the business of making people perform better, though I always felt my clients weren鈥檛 utilizing their ultimate potential. That鈥檚 when I visited India and met with many corporate leaders who had defied convention and beaten the odds to get to where they were. I felt it was something we Americans needed to learn and so I turned to motivational speaking.
