I'm Peter Theodorou, a trained chef by profession, Born and brought up in New York. My passion and love for cooking started at the age of 15. Although it started as a hobby, cooking became my profession after graduation. After starting the culinary career in country clubs and family-owned restaurants in New York, I held positions at a number of acclaimed city restaurants worldwide.
My cooking style focuses on using the freshest ingredients, especially interested in contemporary and traditional Italian and Asian dishes. I'm still continuing my culinary education to explore new ideas and provide a whole new perspective on cooking.
