As both a blogger and a New Orleans native, I came into contact with a burgeoning group of New Orleans-based bloggers in early 2006 and quickly began noting how their use of technology (primarily blog and wiki spaces at the time) allowed them to tell stories that are more sustained, more thorough, and more authentic.
