Phil Murphy is the President of Next Door Self Storage, a growing portfolio of 14 locations across Illinois, and serves as the President of the Illinois Self Storage Association. With over 15 years of experience in self storage and technology, Phil founded CallPotential, a lead management platform specifically designed to meet the needs of storage owners.  He previously founded and sat on the board of directors of StorageByTheBox.com and LoveSpace.co.uk, two of the originators of Valet Storage.

He is also a leading national presenter on utilizing technology in the self storage industry.  He has spoken on everything from process automation to operational efficiencies and employee motivation.
