I started as barteder & sommelier and I had several year of experience as wine director in top establishments in Europe and US where i developed a really good understanding on how to build cocktail & wine list to maximize profit, customer experience and reviews. In the last few years I had a growing interest in the import & distribution business and after working as Brand Manager for ASC fine Wines in China I decided to start my own business in Italy focusing on distributing and building brand awareness of premium wine, spirits & beer.
