I am a business manager and specialist in Supply Chain Management area, in which I have been working for 12 years. I worked at Ernst & Young Consulting, Bearing Point Consulting, IBM – BCS (Business Consulting Services), GPTI, Oracle and MahindraSatyam. My main tasks consists in projects elaborating and improving processes in the SCM, project management, implementing performance indicators (KPI´s) throughout the Supply Chain and performing supply network planning.
