I've spent 34 years working in large public sector organisations. Managed projects, learned lots of hard yet invaluable lessons. Lead several skunkworks with brilliant colleagues to solve seemingly impossible "wicked problems" and loved it.

Last autumn (2014) I spoke with close friends (SME owners.) Realising  I could fix many of their problems we collaborated, achieving incredible business breakthroughs.
