As head of Fondia’s HR my goal is to make and keep Fondia best possible working place for our lawyers. On my table I have all our HR matters (recruiting, employee lifecycle, leadership development, competence development, performance management, culture and wellbeing). I am also member of the management team of Fondia. Fondia has been nominated 10th best workin place in Europe in GreatPlacetoWork -competition 2014.
