I have been involved in training and development for the past 12 years in my current company. Most of my work involves and revolves around learning using non traditional classroom activity and using technology to deliver learning. I have experience in classroom training to developing eLearning and blended learning programs. I have also been involved in the successful implementation of 3 LMS systems for the company.
