I have been selling Enterprise Software for over 20 years. Until '02 I focused on selling to corporate call centers. From '02 through '06, I sold Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) systems and since then I have been selling EMM, Web Content Management (WCM) and Document Management Solutions as well as other applications such as Social Media Monitoring (SMM) and Customer Loyalty applications.
