About three of decades development policy formulation of Nepal. Advisor to Nepalese planning commission to formulate the macroeconomic framework for the Tenth and Interim Plan. Have international experience at FAO, Rome and ICTP, trieste. Professional experience includes policy modelling of Nepal with SAM based CGE modelling with the construction of regional social accounting matrices and integrated assessment of global climate change with GTAP-E and GTEM model. Research interests are in CGE and microsimulation analysis, trade and poverty, impact of global climate channge, partial, general equilibrium and macroeconometric modelling.
