I am a Company Secretary and pursuing CA. I have completed my graduation from N M College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. During my internship period of 5 years, I had the opportunity to gain experience of compliance as well as audit. I have managed compliance requirements of Company Law, FEMA & RBI in relation to foreign exchange remittances. This has given me insight of statutory laws and compliance requirements to be complied by different entities.
