• To define calendars – defining hourly, daily calendar activities definition, sequencing. • To use advanced scheduling options, defining & assigning activity & WBS codes. • Prepare project schedule which indicates all activities with allocation of resource units. • Assign primary Base line for project and compare Actual progress with Base line progress. • Prepare S-Curve (planned progress Vs actual progress) for the projects on weekly/monthly basis. • Prepare budgets for the projects on weekly/monthly basis. • Project progress monitoring whether as per the schedule or any slippage on weekly/monthly basis. • Monitoring/discuss project status; reviewing during the course...
