I am a very dynamic and driven professional focused on guest satisfaction and trained to provide always the best service to them. I am a very good team player and a fast learner. As a supervisor I achieved all of my goals and always tried my best in order to improve the guests' satisfaction as well as my staff's . I always provided a healthy environment so all of our goals could be achieved. I have been in the Tourism trade for over 10 years now and my biggest focus has always been guest satisfaction.
