I have been working on epigenetic, mutation analysis, cytogenetic microarray, molecular biology of several gene polymorphisms in apoptotic, cytokines and death receptor pathways, MMPs that affect prostate, bladder and end stage renal disease (ESRD) and their progression. As for about four and half years I have been working on urological cancer genetics and also I have been identifying the genes expressed in such cancers.
