I joined the family business in 1999 in the manufacturing department in Uk. In 2001 i arrived at Caem Italy, the then headquarter, and worked to maximize on the incredible engineering and manufacturing potential of the business. Ten and few years later the Caem Group makes five times the business did before with a strategic presence not in three but in more than ten macro geographical areas worldwide. Today i am working with the Caem team in higher than ever potential expansion strategy.
