I like to move. A lot. Learning and taking inspiration from many teachers, better skills and movements are THE thing that I wake up with every morning. I try to pass my knowledge, passion and skills to other people with some success. But again as saying goes, I stand on shoulders of giants - my parents, Ivan Rzounek, Adam Glass, Greg Glassman, Valery Federenko, Ivan Denisov, Kstarr, Mark Rippetoe, Lucie & Lenka, Ido Portal and I'm sure, many many others.
