As a versatile designer with a love of people and technology, I find that it's easy to see the appropriate course of action when you know “why.” Whether it’s design, tech, or human interaction, everything is about understanding why. In design that means knowing the outcome you want to achieve. In technology that means trying out the latest things and discovering what works and what doesn’t. And in human interaction, it means listening and connecting. I see a problem as a puzzle; there is always a solution if you look hard enough.
