I have been working in Education since 1996 beginning as a Teacher of Science, then a Head of Department and have now been in a Senior Leadership position since 2003.
My previous career was in the Dental Technology Industry working as a technician in a privately run dental laboratory.
I have been a Voluntary Community Education worker, have worked for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust as a Lead Practitioner for Curriculum change and been an action researcher with Homerton College Cambridge.
