I have for many years been involved in the design and development of learning tools that are utilized by corporations and organisations in a change situation.
The purpose of these tools is to inspire dialog between people, to create a consensus of knowledge within a group of people and/or within an organisation.
The goal is to make people take full responsability for their own learning, understanding and drawn conclusions based on the information offered by the material and the discussions within the group around this information.
The end effect bolsters a feeling of belonging and creates a repolarization of intracorporational energies and a sense of direction.
